The factory often allowed (free of charge most of the time) special services toward its customers, shared meals at the workers canteen, place for camping near the factory, checking the bikes, etc... While the bikes were checked, the factory offered to the owners to use 500 cc models to ride in the country around, and rented a bus for those who wanted to visit Venice.
